Dubai’s popular community supermarket chain Choithrams is unveiling four new outlets to cater to more communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The new stores will open at Palm Shoreline, Sobha Hartland and Tiara Business Bay in Dubai and Darwish in Abu Dhabi.

All four outlets will be open from 7 am until 12 am, offering home delivery.

The stores will stock fresh chilled, frozen, ready-to-eat meals, freshly baked food and household products, personal care items and other essentials.

CEO of Choithrams, Rajiv Warrier, said: “Customer obsession is at the heart of our operations. Since we continuously listen to and act on the feedback for improvements to the shopping experience, these four new stores will highlight, how we deliver excellence at scale, giving us yet another opportunity to delight customers.”

In October, Choithrams expanded its collaboration with Deliveroo UAE.

Last year, Choithrams teamed up with BOUNZ – a rewards program seeking to provide more value to customers’ shopping experience.

As part of the partnership, every customer of any of the new stores in the first week is eligible for 1000 Bounz loyalty rewards on their first purchase.

Last February, Supervalu agreed to supply Choithrams with more than 500 products from its SuperValu own brand range alongside other Irish brands and products from the retailer’s Food Academy programme.

Choithrams came to the UAE in 1974 and has grown to a retail chain with more than 39 supermarkets in the emirates.
