SleekFlow sees strong revenue increase in UAE

News

Hong Kong-based SaaS omnichannel social commerce platform SleekFlow has reported its revenue in the UAE increased by five times during the first half of this year.

The country is expected to account for approximately 20 per cent of the new revenue within the next two years.

Founder and CEO of SleekFlow, Henson Tsai, said: “We are thrilled to witness such unprecedented growth in the UAE market.

“This remarkable accomplishment reflects our dedication to empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled customer engagement solutions. We are confident that the UAE will be pivotal in SleekFlow’s future success.”

The company attributes this growth spurt to SleekFlow’s partnership with L’Occitane ME’s accelerator programme in August 2022, powered by Chalhoub Group’s The Greenhouse. This deal marked the official expansion of SleekFlow’s omnichannel social commerce platform into the UAE and transformed the region’s retail landscape.

It allowed SleekFlow to showcase its solutions for the beauty and luxury sectors for the L’Occitane brand.

Since then, the company has rapidly gained traction in the UAE market, capitalising on the daily use of WhatsApp by 80 per cent of UAE consumers.

Founder and CEO of SleekFlow, Henson Tsai, said: “Over the past year, SleekFlow has experienced explosive growth, with our enterprise customers increasing six times and accumulating over 5,000 customers in 120 regions worldwide.

“AI will be an indispensable part of businesses in the next three years and become the driving engine of various industries in the UAE and beyond.”

Since 2019, SleekFlow has achieved 2-3 times the year-on-year revenue growth and expanded to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brazil.
