UAE retailer Union Coop has opened a mall in Dubai’s Motor City.
The mall is called the Community Residential Mall, and it consists of a Union Coop hypermarket, 28 commercial stores and 44 residential apartments.
It is located in the Al Habiya area, covering an area of 493,977 square feet.
The project was inaugurated by the chairman of Union Coop H.E. Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi with Abdulla Mohammad Rafie Al Dallal, managing director in the presence of several Union Coop managers and suppliers, in addition to shoppers.
Union Coop also released an inaugural promotion with discounts of up to 75 per cent on a selection of food and non-food products. This four-day promotion started on March 9 and will continue until March 12.
This is the fourth mall that Union Coop has launched, with the first three being Al Barsha Mall, Al Warqa City Mall, and Etihad Mall.
All of the malls are located in Dubai.
