Developed by the Tamdeen Group, the mall houses 300 retail stores, with 70,000 square metres of GLA.

SSH’s spokesman said: “Captivating plazas, family entertainment options and a unique internal landscape further elevate the mall’s allure. Al Khiran Mall is not just a mall; it is an immersive experience that captures the essence of leisure, lifestyle, and luxury,” said a company spokesman.

“SSH is proud to have worked with Tamdeen Group to deliver construction supervision and project management services for this new leisure and lifestyle destination, establishing Al Khiran Mall as one of the new hotspots in Kuwait.”

Tamdden Group’s other developments include 360 Mall, Al Kout Mall, Kuwait’s largest waterfront, retail and leisure destination and The Warehouse, Kuwait’s premium mainstream shopping centre.

Chairman of Tamdeen Group, Mohammad Jassim Al Marzouq, said: “Tamdeen Group is proud to be launching the first hybrid outlet concept in the region, which aims to satisfy a changing customer and growing demand for great value and heightened experiences.

“Kuwait’s 2035 Vision and, as part of it, the rigorous development in its South have furthered our role in the private sector of strengthening the position of Kuwait as a regional destination for shopping, entertainment and leisure.

“Today, the group is managing and developing over 464515.2 square metres of space across regional, community, lifestyle, neighbourhood and mixed-use centres. With its diverse range of projects and ongoing investments, it is continuously re-emphasising its commitment to contribute to Kuwait’s economic development,” added Mr Al Marzouq.
