A concept store has launched at Yas Mall, which will showcase clothing, makeup and homeware from different brands.

Ether, which is being launched by Cloud Spaces, an Abu Dhabi-based co-working company, will feature both new and well-known companies from the UAE and outside.

This marks Cloud Spaces’ foray into the retail industry.

Cloud Spaces has said that its store allows a simplified rental system for retailers who wish to stock their products at Ether.

The tenants will benefit from zero per cent capital costs and seamless logistical, operational and marketing infrastructures, Cloud Spaces said.

Ether said its aim is to empower and uplift small and medium enterprises and local entrepreneurs, apart from international brands that wish to expand in the country.

Malak Smejkalova, general manager of Cloud Spaces said: “It is my pleasure to introduce the region to Ether, our vibrant, eclectic and one-of-a-kind retail and lifestyle destination. Home to over 120 regional and international brands and eight diverse categories, Ether provides all businesses, no matter how small or established they are, with an easy and seamless way of retailing their products. It also lets customers shop unique and revolutionary brands that they may never have experienced before.”

“Our launch event took guests on an amazing, thought-provoking and transformative journey through the powers of art, design and performance. The event was an enormous success, and we look forward to hosting many more activations throughout the year. I am so excited to invite luminaries and creatives from across the globe to come and discover Ether, now open at Yas Mall.”

Maison Tini, La Ruche, Reeborn Vintage and other fashion labels will be showcased at the store.

The store also has its own events and performance area apart from fashion, design and art studios.

Cloud Spaces is a co-working company owned by Aldar Properties.
