Dubai Hills Mall has teamed up with Tickit, UAE’s instant rewards programme, to introduce an innovative loyalty scheme to its customers this December.
Tickit, part of Dubai Holding, offers advanced Mastercard and Visa credit and debit card-linked technology, providing shoppers with a seamless instant way to earn and redeem rewards across all stores at Dubai Hills Mall and other outlets in the UAE.
Shoppers only need to present a card, scan a barcode or recall their passwords to use the programme.
This free-to-use and download programme also allows customers to earn points automatically as members can simply pay with their UAE-issued credit or debit cards or via Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet and Google Pay to gather points instantly and with no minimum spend.
Members can gain up to five per cent of spend on points depending on the category.
After this launch, Dubai Hills Mall has become the only mall in the city to offer two loyalty programmes, with the previous one- U by Emaar– launched back in August 2017.
