Shoppers win trips to Europe amid Kuwait’s Al Hamra Shopping Centre summer campaign

The summer shopping campaign of Kuwait’s Al Hamra Shopping Centre, Al Hamra Terminal, is well underway, with shoppers still able to win tickets to holiday destinations across Europe, East Asia and North America.

The campaign, a partnership between the shopping centre and Kuwait Airways, runs until September 24.

Shoppers who spend at least KWD20 at any of the mall’s stores can enter the campaign by submitting receipts and proof of purchases at the ticket stand on the mall’s ground level.

Raffle draws are held each month, with customers able to win two business-class tickets.

The first phase of the shopping festival saw a two-day expo in collaboration with embassies of European countries to expose the Al Hamra community to and celebrate European culture.

The shopping centre held weekly European music nights alongside family activities.

Children could attend storytelling sessions with bookstore and publishing house Takween and puppet shows and enjoy photo booths, Eidiya giveaways and creations of balloon-shaping artists.

Last month, Najat Al Baghli, Hussain Al Shatti and Dolly Abdallah Ahmad were the winners of last all-expenses-paid trips to London, Paris and Milan, respectively.

The second phase of the campaign centres around East Asian culture, with various events and activities taking place at the Al Hamra Terminal Food Hall Festival on August 17 and August 18.

Shoppers can enjoy live entertainment and food from East Asian cuisines at discounted prices.

The next draw will take place on August 21.

Following the draw, the the third phase of the campaign will focus on North America culture for the remainder of the shopping event.
