KFH launches Zaheb digital platform for e-payment solutions

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched the Zaheb digital platform for merchants and owners of SMEs as part of its efforts to enhance technology, digital transformation and improve service level.

The Zaheb platform specialises in providing innovative payment and acceptance of payment methods (invoice link, QR code payment).

This step is in line with KFH’s vision to promote financial inclusion and facilitate secure transfer of funds in the market.

KFH executive manager of credit and charge card products, Talal AlArbeed, said that the services in the platform include: invoice link for individuals and groups, which enables merchants to generate invoice links to be shared with their customers via e-mail or SMS, and the QR code payment, where merchants can generate dynamic or static QR code that customers can scan to pay them directly using their debit or credit card.

The new service is expected to meet a large part of e-payments that have recently increased in demand and become a priority in companies’ sales strategies.

According to Statista, the e-commerce market in Kuwait is projected to grow by 8.62 per cent between this year and 2027, resulting in a market volume of $2080.00 million at the end of the period.
