Brands For Less Group deploys robots

UAE-based off-price retailer Brands For Less Group has teamed up with IQ Robotics to deploy 130 robots across its operations in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement comes as part of the Group’s expansion in the kingdom and aims to facilitate the processing of omnichannel orders, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

CEO of IQ Robotics, Fadi Amoudi, said: “Following our successful venture in the UAE, we are thrilled to progress upon our groundbreaking partnership with Brands For Less Group as we embark on an extraordinary journey to establish a Centre of Excellence in Riyadh to cater to the burgeoning e-commerce demand in Saudi Arabia.”

The multi-million-dirham agreement marks the fourth collaborative robotics transformation.

The partnership between the companies highlights the increasing adoption of robotic technology in the retail industry.
