Joi Gifts and MoEngage join forces

Mena region’s online gifting platform Joi Gifts has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to drive more customised and personalised communication.

The partnership with MoEngage will assist the brand in levelling up its customer engagement.

MoEngage is an insights-led customer engagement platform that collaborates with around 1200 global consumer brands such as Commercial Bank of Dubai, Mashreqbank, AMC Theatres, GMG, Deutsche Telekom, Samsung, Ally Financial, Vodafone, Landmark Group and McAfee. 

According to its January report, its operations grew by more than 120 per cent in the Middle East.
