News

Titan Eye Plus, India’s largest eyewear company, has launched its first international flagship store in the UAE – in BurJuman Centre shopping mall in Dubai.

The brand has also announced a robust regional expansion plan with entrance into other markets in the GCC on the agenda.

CEO of Titan Eye+ Plus, Saumen Bhaumik, said: “Having firmly established a leadership position in India, Titan Eye Plus now enters GCC with its first store in Dubai.

“Expertise and Empathy are the core values that drive everything at Titan Eye+, from customer service to product innovation. Our demonstrated ability to amalgamate expertise in optometry, product design and manufacturing and most importantly our obsessive affection for our customers sets us apart. While our Red Dot winning designs – Signature Frames, ClearSight and Ultima lenses are testimony to our expertise, our Google rating of 4.9/5 by 0.6 million customers epitomises our empathy. Most of our customers see us as the experts who care. This is what we bring to Dubai.”

The 1100-square-foot flagship store will house Titan Eye Plus’s eyewear, a customised range of lenses, accessories and sunglasses. In addition, in-store services include the Zero Error Eye Test.

Customers who visit the store can get 15 per cent off on purchases above AED 500.

Titan Eye Plus is an India-based optical retail chain with more than 860 stores across 384 cities and towns. The brand went international in January last month, when it opened its first store in Dubai.

“We are really hopeful that a tried and tested location like BurJuman is perfect for us as it attracts this diverse and discerning audience. From here we want to open a couple of more stores in GCC within this year,”  Mr Bhaumik told ImagesRetailMe.

” But whatever we do, expertise and empathy will always remain our strong suit and core values driving everything at Titan Eye Plus, from customer service to product innovation. This is what we bring to Dubai.”

The eyewear store hosts frames and sunglasses from more than 40 including Titan, Fastrack, RayBan, Vogue, Oakley, Tommy Hilfiger, Cartier and Dior.
