Nectar Bath Treats, a premium bath and body products retailer, has launched two new stores in the UAE this winter— in Dubai at Dubai City Walk and in Abu Dhabi at Abu Dhabi Mall.
These new locations align with the company’s bold expansion of its brick-and-mortar segment that will cover must-see sites like London, New York and Tokyo, with Dubai being a starting point.
CEO of Nectar Bath Treats, Tom Taicher, said: “When I first visited Dubai, it felt immediately like home. From the fountains to the resorts, and the desert climate, it felt just like being in Vegas. I knew that Dubai was a special place. Both Vegas and Dubai are family-friendly tourist destinations. Nectar Bath Treats is the perfect fit for families and travellers looking for a one-of-a-kind experience.”
Last year, the company opened retail locations in Minnesota, Florida, Hawaii and Poland.
Co-founded in 2015 by Tom Taicher, Nectar produces various personal care products like shampoos, hair conditioners, shower gels and lotions.
According to Statista, the global beauty and personal care market segment was forecast to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 4.7 per cent for the period 2022-2026, with online sales accounting for 25.4 per cent of the total revenue within the industry.
The UAE’s market specifically will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 6.2 per cent and Saudi Arabia at 12 per cent for the same forecast period, making the GCC one of the fastest-growing personal care markets globally.
