Dubai-based re-commerce platform Cartlow which allows consumers to ‘buy, sell and recycle’ by selling highly-discounted pre-loved products from a variety of brands on its platform will be hosting two mega sales this month.

Cartlow will be launching a Pre-loved Friday sale and a Cyber Monday sale, offering more substantial discounts across a variety of products on the popular shopping platform. The platform is also encouraging consumers to sell their items in exchange for the value that could be used against their new purchases during this sale period.

Pre-Loved Friday

Pre-Loved Friday promotions, taking place between November 21 and 27, will include up to 90 per cent off on more than 2,500 premium brands. Customers can browse a wide array of pre-used and new items like mobile phones, tablets, laptops, fragrances and watches.

Cyber Monday

For residents looking for electronics and gadgets, Cartlow’s final sale, Cyber Monday, will be held on November 28, offering up to 80 per cent off on more than 1,000 electronic brands.

Cartlow is offering a one-year warranty on most of its products, offering free shipping on orders of a minimum of AED200, free returns, and providing various payment options, including buy-now-pay-later.

Since its launch, Cartlow has significantly impacted the shopping scene by enabling consumers to ‘buy, sell and recycle,’ offering products up to 80 per cent cheaper than the original retail price.  

In June, the start-up raised $18 million in its series A funding round led by Al Sulaiman Group based in Saudi Arabia to expand its operations and services in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, optimise its technology and contribute to the decarbonisation of the economy.
