Samsung launches multi-experience store in Deira City Centre, in partnership with Jacky’s

Samsung Gulf Electronics and Dubai-based Jacky’s Retail, a subsidiary of the Jacky’s Group of Companies, have opened the revamped Samsung store in Deira City Centre, Dubai.

The store is part of the new line of Samsung global brands that strives to focus on enhanced customer support and upgrade immersive experience through advanced aesthetic elements.

President of Samsung Gulf Electronics Seong Hyun Lee said: “We are delighted to be welcoming significant new touch points for the ultimate customer journey and a first-class retail experience jointly with Jacky’s Retail expertise. ”

 Spanning 275 square metres, the jointly managed store will feature LED screens at the entrance that will display abstract product designs.

The store has a dedicated Smart Things section that showcases how Samsung devices can work in sync. Customers can also find a service section for repairs and diagnostics.

On-site, there is a smart customer assistance bot that will greet customers, help them with tickets for the service centre and assist them with their purchases.

“As technology evolves and our reliance on its functionality grows, the new store will reflect the lifestyle and connectivity that our customers expect from Samsung,” said chief operating officer at Jacky’s Retail, Ashish Panjabi.

Another highlight is the Samsung 130-inch 4K Smart Saser Projector section that guides visitors through the store.

“The experiential elements will only continue to evolve in-store. With most products now fitting the aesthetics of the house, we’ve seen shoppers come in the store far earlier so they can design their housekeeping appliances and televisions in mind,” said Mr Panjabi.

“It is no longer a case of just keeping a space for a TV or a fridge, but understanding the design elements so that these integrate into the house. This is where our specialized sales consultants are able to assist.”
