Mamoso K-beauty, UAE-based sales agency and importer of Korean beauty products, has announced its plans to partner with business operators to open brick-and-mortar stores in the UAE and across the region.
Amid the region’s growing demand for Korean skincare products, the sales agency aims to unite Korean manufacturers with wholesalers and distributors in the region and reduce costs of imports and transactions.
“As the first Korean manufacturer sales agency and importer of KBeauty products in the UAE, we are filling the gap in the market for trustworthy sources of authentic KBeauty products produced and shipped directly from South Korea,” said EG Pang, founder of Mamoso K-beauty.
“Due to the high margins and rising demand, the Kbeauty market is becoming more and more attractive for wholesalers and distributors.
“To meet this, we plan to expand our operations and explore opportunities for business cooperation. This includes retail spaces in shopping malls and franchises.”
Mamoso K-beauty distributes high-quality products that use halal and natural ingredients from aquatic organisms, plants and minerals.
The agency is partnered with numerous Korean manufacturers of beauty products, such as CKD and Vivizon.
“With honest ingredients and honest prices, the products we offer are based on the Korean beauty concept of maintaining the skin’s health, hydration and radiance using natual ingredients instead of chemical-based products,” Ms Pang added.
“We offer carefully chosen products that meet the needs of individuals in the UAE and the Middle East. “
The region’s beauty products market was valued at $10.2 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 9 per cent from last year to 2027, according to Allied Market Research.
Imports of Korean beauty products into the region grew by 28 per cent from 2020 to last year, topping $395 million, according to Korean Institute of Halal Industry.
Across the Middle East, Mamoso K-beauty is the official distributor of masks and merchandise designed by Korean pop culture figures, such as BTS.
