SODIC, an Egyptian real estate developer, has revealed its plans for another retail destination – SPLANADA – in Cairo.
Located on Road 90, SPLANADA is the retail component of a larger SODIC development consisting of ‘EDNC’ commercial district and Eastown residential neighbourhood.
SODIC’s general manager, Ayman Amer, said: “We are excited to introduce our newest SODIC retail experience at New Cairo.
“SPLANADA is destined to be New Cairo’s go-to destination with everything you need in one place. We are collaborating with the best concept designers, using a highly creative approach to deliver a truly enjoyable and engaging experience to our residents and customers.”
The destination is expected to open by the end of this year.
Covering an area of 14,765 square metres of GLA, the location houses pop-up boutique fashion stores, local concepts, SODIC’s newest Sales Centre and entertainment outlets.
SODIC’s developments in East and West Cairo and Egypt’s North Coast range from residential, retail and commercial projects to large-scale mixed-use developments. SODIC is listed on the Egypt’s Stock Exchange.
