The third edition of The Retail Summit, an annual congregation for leading retailers, dedicated to the discussion of the future and movement of the retail industry, will take place in Dubai, at Atlantis, The Palm, on March 14-15.

In the course of these two days, the top-tier homegrown and internationally-renowned retailers will be focusing on the critical issues within the global retailer’s boardrooms.

CEO and co-founder of The Retail Summit, Gary Thatcher, said: “This year’s Retail Summit is going to be a truly spectacular event as we host some of the largest industry professionals from across the globe.

“This edition will be focusing heavily on sustainability, customer engagement and new technologies as we draw upon the challenges and new ideas that the retail industry faces. We encourage all retailers to sign up and be a part of this one-of-a-kind event.”

The retail visionary speakers of The Retail Summit 2023 will include figures like Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Ward, CEO of Harrods, Kristina Blahnik, CEO of Manolo Blahnik, Jo Malone, Founder of Jo Loves, Tom Athron, CEO of Fortnum & Mason, and Seth Ellison, EVP & COO of Levi Strauss & Co.

The speakers will focus on three agenda pillars of the event— sustainability, customer engagement and new technologies.

More than 850 senior retail professionals and more than 80 global industry speakers are expected to participate.

The Retail Summit is a global, content-led event for C-level executives from across retail to gather, connect and debate.

Last year, various omnichannel strategies and e-commerce were the overarching themes alongside sustainability.

The inaugural The Retail Summit was held on February 13-14 in 2019 in Dubai at the Atlantis— with a resounding success.
