Dubai-based luxury retail Chalhoub Group has launched the #MYBOLDFUTURE campaign at Fashion Futures- an annual event held by the Fashion Commission of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Culture- to fulfil the objective of doubling staff in the kingdom by 2030.

President of Chalhoub Group, Patrick Chalhoub, said: “Participating in this year’s Fashion Futures demonstrates once again Chalhoub Group’s commitment to the development of the Saudi fashion sector and its homegrown talent as well to the Saudi Fashion Commission initiatives.

“Launching the #MYBOLDFUTURE campaign from this platform is another testimony of our efforts to integrate a larger segment of Saudi youth into the retail workforce and support them throughout their career journey. Our ambition is to continue playing a pivotal role and strongly contributing to shaping the Kingdom’s luxury fashion industry.”

The new campaign is present across various social media outlets, featuring real-life stories of Chalhoub team members. With this initiative, the group seeks to magnify the boundless career opportunities the Saudi retail sector has for the new generation of Saudi youth and propel them on a dynamic career path in the rapidly expanding luxury retail industry.

The move comes at the heels of the Chalhoub Group Retail Academy’s  launch in Saudi Arabia.

In October, Chalhoub Group’s space for entrepreneurship Greenhouse unveiled its second edition of the Beauty Lab to empower five choseb beauty start-ups in the GCC.

“Saudi Arabia is a fashion hot spot with a vibrant retail scene and ever-increasing demand for the most exciting designers, many of which are opening luxury stores and building a presence in the Kingdom. We are proud to stand behind the Chalhoub Group as they launch the ‘My Bold Future’ campaign, which will play a pivotal role in inspiring the next generation workforce across the fashion retail industry,” said CEO of the Fashion Commission, Burak Cakmak.
