We are collaborating with the best concept designers, using a highly creative approach to deliver a truly enjoyable and engaging experience to our residents and customers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The destination is expected to open by the end of this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Covering an area of 14,765 square metres of GLA, the location houses pop-up boutique fashion stores, local concepts, SODIC\u2019s newest Sales Centre and entertainment outlets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>SODIC\u2019s developments in East and West Cairo and Egypt\u2019s North Coast range from residential, retail and commercial projects to large-scale mixed-use developments.
