In its shopping area, Via Riyadh will feature 22 luxury stores and an international food market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The opening ceremony will showcase the new zone, which took 20 months to build.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to a report by market research company\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imarcgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IMARC Group<\/a>, published on April 13,\u00a0Saudi Arabia can soon emerge as the top\u00a0luxury\u00a0destination of the Middle East.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Group expects the segment to reach $15.8 billion by 2028, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 11.6 per cent between this year and 2028.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Via Riyadh, a new luxury shopping and entertainment district in Riyadh, is scheduled to open its doors to the public on May 11.
