\nTribe of 6, Kuwait’s homegrown and sustainable brand officially opened its first standalone store in Kuwaiti mall The Avenues.<\/p>\n
The store is expected to showcase trendy and sustainable clothing.<\/p>\n
The opening was attended by key influencers and artists across the fashion industry, special guests and officials of Alshaya<\/a> Group.<\/p>\n According to a statement, the company’s clothing collection is made from recycled materials of both organic and bamboo-based fabrics.<\/p>\n The clothes also use less harmful chemicals and are environmentally friendly, certified by the Global Recycling Standard (GRS), while paper price tags are made under the guidance of the Forest Stewardship Council.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the working conditions and wages of those involved with the brand are overseen by Sedex, an ethical trade membership organisation that aims to improve working conditions in the global supply chain.<\/p>\n Speaking about the launch of the store in Kuwait, Jazz Hayer, president, New Ventures Division said, \u201cwe are thrilled to be opening our first store today in the Avenues, Kuwait. We are passionate about sustainable and inclusive fashion and look forward to sharing our vision with the community across the region, starting with Kuwait. We can\u2019t wait to meet our customers as we want them to feel confident and comfortable in their fashion choices, and our team is here to help them do just that.\u201d<\/p>\n The brand also recently launched<\/a>\u00a0its e-commerce website in the UAE.<\/p>\n
