\nLuLu has launched a hypermarket in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Khobar city.<\/p>\n
It was inaugurated by Hamad Bin Mohammed AlbuAli, Vice President of the Chamber of commerce Eastern Province in the presence of Yusuffali MA, Chairman of Lulu<\/a> Group International.<\/p>\n The hypermarket marks LuLu’s\u00a030th store in the country.<\/p>\n The 100,000 square feet single-level hypermarket is located in the Al Rakkah district and will feature food products grown and produced in Saudi Arabia \u2013 farmed fish, locally slaughtered lamb and beef in the meat section, Saudi coffee, Saudi-grown fruits and vegetables and also foods made in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n To highlight its sustainability goals, the store will also offer e-receipts for every purchase which will go as an SMS message to customers’ phones upon payment at the checkout counter.<\/p>\n It will also feature a ‘Refills’ section where customers can refill their packs with coffee, millets, spices and pulses in-store while they shop.<\/p>\n Yusuffali MA, Chairman of Lulu<\/a> Group said, \u201cWe are proud to see yet another great retail addition to our growing circle of iconic stores which is a testimony to the fact that the LuLu<\/a> Group has continued to expand and invest in the Kingdom even through the challenging pandemic months.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe are proud to be a part of Saudi Arabi\u2019s overall development and will continue to support sustainable development strategies.
