The Sultan Market is the retail chain\u2019s second store in Al Amerat, and the eighth branch outlet in the capital city.<\/p>\n<p>While the Sultan Market will stock and supply a complete range of foreign and local consumer goods and groceries for the home and household, the Sultan management say they intend to provide fresh produce to consumers as well.<\/p>\n<p>The retail chain has been operating in the Middle East for 41 years, following its initial launch in Kuwait in 1981. The company owns over 40 stores in Kuwait with a running online shopping service, and operates another 30 stores across, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meretailnews.com\/2023\/01\/17\/omans-inma-provided-52-million-funding-to-smes\/\">Oman<\/a>, Bahrain and Jordan.<\/p>\n<p>General manager Mr. Fawaz Fouad Diab said, \u201cthis launch of our new Sultan Market in the rapidly-developing Amerat Al Nahda neighborhood is another \u2018first\u2019 for the Sultan brand. As a retail concept, the Sultan Market will shift its focus to being more of a market-style supermarket, with an emphasis on fresh goods and fresh produce delivered daily to the store by local suppliers \u2013 for the people of Amerat Al Nahda.
