In a country that is constantly reinventing itself, where there are so many food concepts, we now feel solidly anchored.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think the future of the premium-casual F&amp;B segment is going to be all about smart, integrated, intelligent brands that aren\u2019t just about cooking good food \u2013 they need to be much more.
