E-commerce<\/span> activewear<\/a> and athleisure brand Vuori <\/span>is turning its focus to the Middle East as it rolls out expansion plans outside of the US.<\/span><\/p>\n

The brand wil<\/span>l<\/span> operat<\/span>e<\/span> via localised Vuori e-commerce<\/a> platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joe Kudla, the founder and CEO of Vuori, said: \u201cWe are proud to continue Vuori\u2019s expansion outside of the US.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to bring our vision and brand to consumers in these key markets, connecting with customers around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company was valued at <\/span>$<\/span>4 billion in October <\/span>last year<\/span> after securing a $400 million investment from SoftBank Vision Fund 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next<\/span> year, the brand is setting its sights on Japanese and Korean clientele.<\/span><\/p>\n

Established in the US in 2015, Vuori ventured into new international markets in the UK, France, Germany, Ireland and Australia<\/span> this year<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to a report by Data Bridge Market Research, the Middle East sports apparel market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 4.8 per cent.<\/p>\n

The segment is projected to reach\u00a0 $23190.43 million by 2029 due to heavy promotions by <\/span>activewear <\/span>manufacturers through digital platforms, rising participation of women in <\/span>sports <\/span>across the GCC and the proliferation of<\/span> health-conscious trends.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
