Samsung Gulf Electronics and Dubai-based Jacky\u2019s Retail, a subsidiary of the Jacky\u2019s Group of Companies, have opened the revamped Samsung store in Deira City Centre, Dubai. <\/span><\/p>\n The store is part of the new line of Samsung global brands that strives to focus on enhanced customer support and upgrade immersive experience through advanced aesthetic elements.<\/p>\n President of Samsung Gulf Electronics Seong Hyun Lee said: \u201cWe are delighted to be welcoming significant new touch points for the ultimate customer journey and a first-class retail experience jointly with Jacky\u2019s Retail expertise. ”<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Spanning 275 square metr<\/span>e<\/span>s, the jointly managed store will feature LED screens at the entrance that will display abstract <\/span>product <\/span>designs.<\/span><\/p>\n The store has a dedicated Smart Things section that showcases how Samsung devices can work in sync.<\/span> Customers can also find a service section for repairs and diagnostics.<\/span><\/p>\n On-site, there is a smart <\/span>customer <\/span>assistance bot that will greet customers, help them with ticket<\/span>s<\/span> for the service centre and assist them with their purchases.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAs technology evolves and our reliance on its functionality grows, the new store will reflect the lifestyle and connectivity that our customers expect from Samsung,\u201d said chief operating officer at Jacky\u2019s Retail<\/span>, <\/span>Ashish Panjabi.<\/span><\/p>\n Another highlight is <\/span>the <\/span>Samsung 130<\/span>-inch<\/span> 4K Smart <\/span>S<\/span>aser <\/span>P<\/span>rojector section that<\/span> guide<\/span>s<\/span> visitors through the store.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe experiential elements will only continue to evolve in-store.
