{"id":17228,"date":"2022-05-20T11:36:18","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T11:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.meretailnews.com\/?p=17228"},"modified":"2022-05-24T10:31:52","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T10:31:52","slug":"burberry-boutique-added-to-qatar-duty-free","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.meretailnews.com\/2022\/05\/20\/burberry-boutique-added-to-qatar-duty-free\/","title":{"rendered":"Burberry boutique opens at Qatar Duty Free\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Qatar Duty Free has added luxury brand Burberry to its retail portfolio at Doha\u2019s Hamad International Airport. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The boutique joins Valentino, Fendi and Jimmy Choo stores on the airport\u2019s luxury boulevard. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">With its multiple high-end brand openings, Qatar Duty Free provides passengers with a wide range of retail experiences and connects businesses with an international consumer base.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cHamad International Airport\u2019s expansion will completely transform the multi-dimensional offerings of the five-star airport, integrating a host of facilities and offerings under one expansive world-class terminal,\u201d said Qatar Airways, the airport\u2019s operator.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As an official partner of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which runs from November 21 to December 18, Hamad International Airport is set to complete the first phase of its expansion plan by November to accommodate an estimated 58 million passengers. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The airport also expects 60 million passengers every year after the World Cup, which the second phase will address.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cWe are looking forward to a busy summer period as more travel destinations open up around the world;
