{"id":16806,"date":"2022-03-03T13:54:56","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T13:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.meretailnews.com\/?p=16806"},"modified":"2022-06-12T19:42:34","modified_gmt":"2022-06-12T19:42:34","slug":"16806","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.meretailnews.com\/2022\/03\/03\/16806\/","title":{"rendered":"UAE and Bangladesh to launch business council\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">The UAE and Bangladesh will launch a Joint Business Council to help Bangladesh capitalise on business and investment potential with the UAE&#8217;s trade partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) hopes to establish the council by the end of March.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The FBCCI\u2019s key focus is to explore and capture new markets for Bangladesh as the country transitions from a \u2018least-developed country\u2019 to a \u2018developing country\u2019.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Jashim Uddin, president of FCCBI, said Dubai\u2019s trade with the rest of the region and Europe will help Bangladesh access these markets, Bangladeshi daily newspaper <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Daily Star <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reported. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cDubai is now a hub of business communication between the Middle East and Africa. Besides, Europe is becoming reliant on Dubai.
