UAE-based conglomerate Al-Futtaim Group has launched the reimagined Blue Rewards app. 

The app is part of the company’s larger initiative to leverage technology to enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth.

Blue Rewards App is a customer engagement lifestyle platform designed to create a personalised experience for users across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. 

Chief technology officer at Al-Futtaim Group, Himanshu Shrivastava, said: “We are thrilled to introduce the new and improved Blue Rewards App, which is an evolution towards creating a more engaging lifestyle platform for our customers.

“Our aim is to ensure our customers feel valued and excited through an ecosystem that offers rewards, personalized experiences, and numerous privileges.”

The Blue Rewards app’s features include points, cashback, offers and discounts, and blue wallet.

Established in the 1930s as a trading business, Al-Futtaim Group operates as a privately held regional business headquartered in Dubai.

The group holds the franchise rights to operate Ikea stores in UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman.
