Cenomi launches rewards programme 

Cenomi, Saudi’s largest vertically integrated retail and lifestyle ecosystem, has officially launched Cenomi Rewards. 

This loyalty programme offers members the ability to earn points with every purchase made at Cenomi shopping centres and participating Cenomi retail brands, redeemable special offers, promotions and rewards across Cenomi brands.

Chief marketing officer of Cenomi Group, Myf Bagnold, said: “Customers are at the absolute heart of everything we create at Cenomi and we believe that Cenomi Rewards will offer excellent added value to our consumers’ shopping experiences.”

Members can earn points at participating stores with every riyal spent and redeem it for discounts and offers on special days. 

More personalised and privileged offers will be offered to Silver, Gold and Platinum members.

Membership is free of charge.

To sign up for the programme, customers can download the new Cenomi Rewards app from Google Play or Apple store or sign up in-store or via CenomiRewards.com.

Formerly known as the Fawaz Alhokair Group, Cenomi underwent a drastic transformation in December, overhauling its operations from being predominantly bricks and mortar-based to one of the region’s biggest online marketplaces.

 In FebruaryCenomi Retail, reported revenues of SAR 1,460 million, and SAR 4,538 million for the third quarter and nine-month period of FY2023 respectively. 

The retail behemoth represents more than 1,000 brands in Saudi Arabia, including Apple, Zara and Gap, and operates 21 malls and shopping centres in Saudi Arabia.
