LuLu Saudi Arabia wins CPA’s consumer experience award

The Consumer Protection Association has awarded LuLu Saudi Arabia the “Excellence in Consumer Experience” award at Khozama Hall in Riyadh.

The director of LuLu Saudi Arabia, Shehim Mohammed, received the award on behalf of LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets.

Mr Mohammed said: “We place our customers at the centre of everything we do at LuLu.

“We strive to provide a memorable shopping experience and to exceed their expectations. Having been bestowed with this award demonstrates our commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you for this recognition by the Consumer Protection Association, and we look forward to continuing to serve our customers well.”

Last week, to celebrate Ramadan, Lulu Saudi Arabia announced the launch of its charity campaign ‘Goodness of Giving’ in collaboration with the Saudi Food Bank.

Two weeks ago, Lulu Group also won the ‘Service Hero 2022 Customer Service Assessment’ award, after customers in Kuwait voted the retailer as the ‘Best Supermarket 2022’ in Kuwait.

“We at LuLu know that the Holy Month of Ramadan is so important for our shoppers and we want them to get the best of everything at the best prices. We wish all our shoppers Ramadan Mubarak,” said Mr Mohammed.

On February 2, Lulu Hypermarket held Taste New Zealand Week in Saudi Arabia to highlight the special connection that New Zealand producers have to the land and sea.
