Alpha Nero to open production facility in Riyadh

Design and production company Alpha Nero has announced it will open a production facility in Riyadh in March.

The Dubai-based company which was founded in 2014, provides designs for shop fixtures and pop-up stores for luxury brands and retailers such as Armani, Dior and Dolce & Gabbana.

The company has said a manufacturing facility in Al Fozan industrial park, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will open next week, and will have 150 employees. It is expected to serve luxury brands such as Elie Saab, Gucci, Tag Heuer and others.

“We are thrilled to expand our operations to Saudi Arabia and continue serving our clients in the region,” said Simon Hacker, the founder and managing partner of Alpha Nero.

“Our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions has been the cornerstone of our success, and we are confident that our new manufacturing facility will enable us to continue providing exceptional solutions to our clients in Saudi Arabia and beyond.”

A statement added that Alpha Nero’s expansion to Saudi Arabia aligns with the country’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and promote private sector growth.

International luxury brands have been steadily expanding their presence in the country, with Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and other luxury brands having multiple stores across Saudi Arabia.

According to a report by Euromonitor International, the Saudi retail market is expected to reach $142 billion by 2025, driven by a growing population, rising disposable income, and increased consumer spending.
