In partnership with Egyptian real estate developer Talaat Moustafa Group, UAE’s homegrown retail conglomerate GMG is soon launching Sun & Sand Sports and Nike stores, in Madinaty, Egypt, at the newly opened All Seasons Park and at the newly opened Open Air Mall respectively.
The agreement is hoped to amplify GMG’s overall retail offering.
Chief business development officer at Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, Omar Hisham Talaat, said that the partnership with GMG comes as part of the Talaat Moustafa Group’s commercial strategy to introduce the choicest international brands to cater to the different needs of the group’s customers across various projects.
GMG entered Egypt’s dynamic retail markets this month, revealing its ambitious expansion plan to open more than 100 sports retail stores across the country by 2026.
GMG also established a dedicated head office in Cairo to fuel its local business growth. The global well-being company has a presence across 12 markets covering the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.

All Seasons Park is so far Talaat Moustafa Group’s latest upcoming shopping and lifestyle destination, containing 230 stores.
Today GMG’s investments span across four key verticals: GMG Sports, GMG Food, GMG Health, and GMG Consumer Goods.
