Eat a healthy breakfast because starting your day with a nutritious breakfast can help fuel your body and mind for the tasks ahead. Try to include protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats in your breakfast to help keep you feeling full and satisfied.Then review your goals and connect with your teams.

What is your greatest achievement?
Growing the company’s revenue and profits significantly over a certain period of time, Expanding the company’s product offerings and market reach that have helped the company reach new customers and increase brand awareness. Developing and implementing successful strategies that have helped the company stay competitive in its industry & that’s all because of the strong and cohesive team that has contributed to the company’s success.
What advice would you give your 13-year-old self?
Develop good habits: establishing good habits, such as being organised, setting goals and working hard can help to achieve your goals and be successful in your career.
Build relationships: making connections with others and building relationships can be valuable for your personal and professional growth. Take the time to get to know people, listen to their perspectives and collaborate with others.
Take risks and embrace challenges: don’t be afraid to take risks and try new things, even if they might be uncomfortable or uncertain. Embracing challenges and learning from your experiences can help you grow and develop as a person.

Spend time with loved ones because the final hours of one’s life might be a good opportunity to reflect on the relationships that have been most important to them and to make sure that they have shared their final thoughts and feelings.
Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is my team and the people who work with me. I believe that a strong and dedicated team is the key to success in any business, and I am constantly motivated by their hard work and dedication.I am also inspired by the creativity and innovation that goes into the design and production of our furniture. I am always looking for ways to push the boundaries and come up with new and unique ideas that will set us apart in the market. Overall, my biggest inspiration is the drive to continuously improve and grow as a company, and to create products that bring joy and functionality to our customers’ lives.
What would you like to achieve in the next 10 years?
I would like to achieve success for OC Home & 2XL. This includes expanding our reach both nationally and internationally and increasing our market share in the furniture industry. I also want to continue to innovate and introduce new and exciting products to our customers and build strong relationships with our clients and partners.
In addition to these business goals, I also want to make a positive impact on the community and the environment. This includes implementing sustainable and eco-friendly practices in our operations and giving back to the community through charitable initiatives and partnerships.
Overall, my main goal in the next 10 years is to solidify our position as a leader in the furniture industry, while also making a positive impact on the world around us.
