Cairo Festival City Mall, Egypt’s shopping destination, has won five accolades, including two Gold and three Silver Mena Shopping Centre and Retailer 2022 Awards by The Retail Congress Mena Awards 2022, for the fifth year in a row.
The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and Retailers Awards celebrated Cairo Festival City Mall’s success in fulfilling customers’ expectations, managing to position its efforts and activities to be recognised in four categories- sales and promotions, cause-related marketing, NOI Enhancement and Design & Development.
Head of marketing at Cairo Festival City Mall, Heba Abdallah, said: “We are honoured to be featured and recognized in The Middle East Shopping Center and Retailers Award by The Retail Congress Mena Awards 2022 for the fifth year in a row.

Previously, Cairo Festival City Mall has already won four prestigious awards from the “Middle East Council of Shopping Centers & Retailers, out of a total of four award nominations, in recognition of the mall’s retail efforts and substantial campaigns in the previous two years.
Complementary to this, the mall has received BT 100 Awards for the previous three years in appreciation of the mall’s achievements in the retail industry and its advertising.
Cairo Festival Cairo Festival City Mall was established in 2013 and since then has emerged as the prime shopping and entertainment destination for Cairo, featuring more than 300 shops, 95 restaurants and cafes anchored by a 10,755 square-metres Carrefour hypermarket, home furniture flagship store and two department stores.
