MoEngage collaborates with Alsaif Gallery to drive personalised engagement

Saudi-based home appliances and kitchenware brand Alsaif Gallery has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to accelerate user growth and provide more personalised experiences.

The move is driven by the company’s goal to further boost retention rates and brand loyalty after seeing a positive response to expansion of its e-commerce business at the start of the year.

Alsaif Gallery’s e-commerce business saw 100 per cent year-on-year increase in 2020, with the mobile application accounting for 65 per cent profit share.

Traditionally an offline retailer, the brand branched out into e-commerce in 2017.

To improve their retention metric, the company will use MoEngage’s advanced features.

“MoEngage is ecstatic to partner with Alsaif Gallery and support them in their vision of customer engagement,” said Kunal Badiani, senior director and head of expansion at MoEngage.

The company previously used customer relationship management platforms for their customer engagement channels.

“In the past, we have also used CRM/CEP platform. However, scalability has always been an issue’” said Maala Alfadil, director of e-commerce at Alsaif Gallery.

“While we have seen tremendous growth, we want to breach the highest point and grow.

“This is where we think out partnership with MoEngage will help us.”
