Dragon City Bahrain, the kingdom’s largest retail and wholetrade centre, recently held the first raffle draw of its Dragon Draw campaign.
In the presence of officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Dragon City Bahrain, Saudi citizen Abdulmajeed Jawad Al Haddad was the lucky recipient of a Toyota Yaris.
The campaign runs until November 26, giving shoppers the chance to win a car for every BHD10 spent in any of Dragon City Bahrain’s stores.
Six cars will be given away at the end of every month.
Various family-friendly activities will also run alongside the campaign.
Earlier this year, the mall partnered with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation to support the local community by giving a platform to homegrown brands registered with the foundation and the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
From March 17 to April 1, shoppers could purchase locally homemade accessories, jewellery, clothes, toys, educational tools, perfumes and antique products.
In celebration of the Holy Month, ready-made foods, pickles, sweets and local dishes were also available.
Dragon City Bahrain houses a warehouse area and 794 commercial units, including Dragon Mall, Dragon Plaza and Thai Mart.
Visitors can find retail options across numerous categories, including readymade garments, shoes, bags, accessories, makeup, toys, furniture, children’s fashion, machinery, building materials, electronics and sanitary hardware.
