Boredpuma, creative agency staffing designers, artists and technologists, has partnered with fashion retailer Splash to release a non-fungible token (NFT) collection, titled Celestial Collection, on Web 3.0,

The collection, designed by artist Jong Sacil, aims to combine fashion and technology.

The designs align with Splash’s sustainability initiatives. More than 95 per cent of the fashion retailer’s apparel is made through sustainable processes with eco-friendly materials and fabrics.

The collection’s designs are based on celestial bodies, such as the sun, moon, planets, stars and constellations, and feature masks of pumas in honour of ‘Gen 2’ Puma Punks.

The collection is also inspired by mangas, anime and Y2K aesthetics.

Holders of the NFTs will be given a digital card to access the collection.

They will also be given exclusive access to fashion shows and future projects and will be able to mint and purchase NFTs during pre-sale periods.

Those who purchase the collection will be awarded a Splash badge on Discord.

Members of the Discord group who are frequently active can reach a ‘Celestial’ rank.

Yet to come are 3D card collections, 3D avatars, 3D characters, the development of a game, a semi-dystopian storyline titled ‘The Celestials’ and an audio-visual experience with original soundtracks to complement the NFT collection.
