Galleria Mall, located on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, is hosting an electronics campaign until July 3, giving shoppers the chance to win prizes daily.
Available prizes total to AED10,000.
Each day of the campaign, a lucky shopper spending over AED500 at the mall’s electronics stores can win an iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 7, Apple AirPods 2 or virtual reality headset Oculus Quest 2.
Stores participating in the campaign are Huawei, Jumbo Electronics, Samsung and Virgin Megastore.
After their purchases, customers can enter the campaign by scanning QR codes placed on totem or tent cards in participating stores, registering their personal details and uploading receipts.
Winners will be announced and contacted at the end of the day.
Spanning 380,000 square metres, The Galleria Mall is home to 400 stores, including ZARA, H&M, Toys R Us, Debenhams, Books Kinokuniya, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Rag Cie, Kendall + Kylie and Decathlon.
Also available are high-end luxury stores, such as Chanel, Cartier, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Rolex and Van Cleef and Arpels.
Last month, the mall reported a 16 per cent increase in sales in the first quarter of this year from that of 2021.
Luxury and high-street fashion, anchor stores and dining outlets contributed double-digit figures of growth to the mall’s sales, with leisure and entertainment concepts recorded triple-digit figures.
The Galleria Mall attributed the success to an increase in consumer confidence alongside a 22 per cent increase in footfall.
Store openings by international and luxury brands, such as Apple, Messika, Hublot, Henry Jacques and Versace, have attracted shoppers.
Yet to open this year are Elie Saab, Patek Philippe, restaurants Din Tai Fung and Five Guys and fitness concept Barry’s Bootcamp.
