Landmark Group, the Middle East’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, has opened three flagship brands in Dubai Hills Mall.

Centrepoint, Max Fashion and Home Centre are now anchor tenants, spanning 95,000 square feet of the mall.

The additions align with Landmark Group’s efforts to expand its operations at popular shopping destinations in the UAE.

The group boasts 2,200 outlets across the Middle East, North Africa, India and Southeast Asia, and employs more than 42,000 people.

“Being closer to the customer has always been at the forefront of our businesses as we aim to deliver exceptional retail experiences,” Shakeel Hussain, group head of the Landmark Group, told the Middle East and North Africa Financial Network.

“Opening anchor stores at Dubai Hills Mall further strengthens our partnership with Emaar Properties. This is in line with our strategy to not only expand our retail footprint but also to be present at key shopping destinations, where our customers are.”

Dubai Hills, the fifth project under Emaar Malls, opened in February.

Split over two levels, the mall covers more than two million square feet and houses retail, dining and entertainment concepts.

Last year, Emaar Malls reported nearly AED5 billion in sales revenues, a 42 per cent increase on 2020 figures. Net profit was AED1.83 billion, a 160 per cent rise.
